Welcome to a new era of world-class leadership development
Grounded in research, shaped by lived experience, and built to support both the women who lead and the organizations that depend on them.
We’ve had thousands of conversations with high-achieving women WORLDWIDE.
250+
interviewed through formal listening sessions
2,500+
supported through coaching, workshops, keynotes + programs
10,000+
in our global online community, engaging daily

On paper, they are thriving.
But in reality? Here’s what we uncover:
Perfectionism as survival.
Misalignment disguised as ambition.
Burnout hidden behind performance.
And beneath it all, a quiet, persistent question:
“Is this really worth it?”
Sound familiar?
Women from New York, London, Hong Kong and beyond were all revealing the same individual struggles and systemic patterns.
The Institute of Exceptional Alignment was created to meet a global need.

Hear Domonique’s story
It mirrors the experiences we hear in the stories of thousands of women around the world.
“You have to work twice as hard to go half as far.”
I went far. And I worked very hard. I built the kind of career people celebrate — the kind that looks like success from the outside. While inside, I was carrying the same quiet pressures so many women do....
Perfectionism as a necessity
Over-functioning as identity
Achievement as safety

When I finally stopped pushing and took time away, my body and mind settled in a way they hadn’t in years. I took a two-week vacation (the longest break I'd ever allowed myself) and spent time traveling, resetting, and reconnecting with myself.
But on the flight home, I burst into tears.
The thought of returning to work filled me with an anxiety I could no longer explain away. That moment forced me to confront a truth I had spent my entire career outrunning:
I wasn’t exhausted because I couldn’t keep up.
I was exhausted because I was misaligned.

The contrast was unmistakable: the version of me who felt grounded and alive, and the version preparing herself to perform again.
But the real turning point wasn't just my personal experience.
It came after I handed in my notice and began listening to and working with thousands of women across industries, levels, and continents.
These conversations transformed what I felt intuitively into evidence.

Different women.
Different careers.
The same proven pattern.
Not personal, but systemic. Global.
It became undeniable: These women weren’t struggling because they lacked capability.
They were struggling because they were navigating leadership models that weren’t designed with them in mind.
Mission
Our goal is to change this status quo, worldwide. To redefine what leadership can look like — and feel like — for high-achieving women and the organizations that depend on them.
We exist to build a new world-class standard for leadership: one that centers alignment, authenticity, and sustainable success over outdated expectations of perfection, over-functioning, and self-sacrifice.
Because when women lead from alignment, everyone rises with them: teams, cultures, and companies.
Our Values
Alignment as the standard
Impactful leadership rooted in clarity, values, and self-awareness, not perfection or performance.
Sustainable, whole-person success
Success that honors the whole human — body, mind, identity, ambition. A replacement for the sacrifice-based model.
Whole-system impact
Change that doesn’t stop at the individual. We influence the culture, structures, and environments around her.
Human-centered leadership
Leadership that values people, psychology, and lived experience, beyond roles or performance.
Collective momentum
We rise faster together. Community accelerates clarity, courage, and impact.
Radical reimagination
We’re not editing old leadership models, we’re redesigning a new playbook for women.

The Institute of Exceptional Alignment reflects a powerful, human-centered approach to leadership development that’s long overdue.

Trusted by leading organizations
Not just another coaching program
We don’t “fix” women, we fix the model.
Built on 250+ global listening sessions, not assumptions. Individual transformation and systemic change. High-touch, high-substance, deeply human.
Created by a leader who’s lived the system from the inside.

Meet the Faculty
